  • File and Document Storage

    File Storage
    Allows storage of files and documents of any type. Typical implementations include Patient Leaflets and Practice Procedures.
    Create Folders
    Within the file and document storage facility it is possible to create folders and sub-folders for storing documents enabling everything to be organised in a way that is easy to manage and access.
    Create Links
    As well as storing files, links to external websites can be added. This means no more rooting through hundreds of bookmarks to find one particular reference site.
    Write New Pages
    Create new pages within Intradoc247, so that information can be viewed instantly without having to wait for external programmes (such as Word, Excel etc) to load.

    Personal Calendar
    The easy to use calendar allows you to select whether to only view personal events, or events for the whole practice.
    Practice Calendar
    Keep track of practice-wide events.
    Rota
    View your Rota shifts alongside existing personal and practice events.

    Complaints
    Keep a record of all complaints, who is responsible, all actions related to the complaint, along with the outcome. Old complaints are stored in an archive.
    Drug Expiry Log
    Record drug expiry dates
    Fridge Temp Log
    Record maximum and minimum fridge temperatures along with the date and time they were taken.
    Meetings
    Allows easy access to minutes and agendas.
    Patient Death Log
    Keep track of dates of death, location of death and the informant.
    Practice Calendar
    Keep track of practice-wide events.
    Significant Events
    Record any other significant events which may require referring to.
  • Human Resources

    Appraisals
    Keep track of employee appraisals/reviews. Outline a summary, and upload files containing all the details.
    CPR Log
    Keep track of basic life support skills for clinical and non-clinical staff. The CPR log will issue reminders when the due date is approaching.
    CRB Checks
    Keep track of CRB checks. Reminders will be issued when the expiry date is approaching.
    Employee Emergency Contacts
    Links into the Staff Data and employs the same easy to use search function as the Address Book.
    GMC Log
    Keep Track of GMC Numbers and Expiry Dates. Reminders will be issued when the expiry date is approaching.
    Insurance Records
    Keep track of insurance policies, the policy details and the expiry date. Reminders will be issued when the expiry date is approaching.
    Staff Data
    Keep track of staff information such as emergency contact details and any other salient staff information that the practice needs to keep.
    Rota
    The Rota system makes it easy to manage staff rotas by grouping different categories of role. Select to only display shifts of a particular role or roles, or display all shifts. New role categories and rota templates can be added easily.
    Smart Card Log
    Record Employees’ Smart Card Numbers, Issue Dates, and user received dates.
    Staff Hep B Vaccination Log
    Keep track of injections, blood tests and booster due dates. Reminders will be issued when boosters are required.

    Create discussion topics which can then be replied to with a forum style interface.
    Private Messaging
    Send private messages to other users.
    Practice Headlines
    Keep your users updated with practice-wide news headlines.
  • Calculators

    Unit Conversion
    Allows conversion between metric and imperial measurements.
    BMI Calculator
    Can calculate using either imperial or metric measurements or a mixture of both.
    CVD Calculator
    CVD Risk calculator based on Joint British Societies risk prediction charts.
    PHQ-9
    A 9 question patient depression assessment.
    GAD-7
    A 7 question Anxiety Severity assessment.
    Smoking Addiction
    A 6 question assessment to judge the level of smoking addiction.
    AUDIT
    A 10 question assessment to judge the risk of alcohol dependency.
